Event: The Spinning-Scoop Failure

During the reign of Dmitri Nabakov, many torture devices were possibly created for enemies. 

The majority of the devices remain unknownlem that we do know is the "spinning-scoop"

The origins of this device remains unknown. The device consist of 3 parts. A drill that manually spins after going into your nasal cavity, Metals that cling onto your teeth and could damage the teeth once removed and a scoop attached to a rod that spins inside your system.
